Today’s Guest: Joe McNamee

Joe is an Expert Real Estate Investor, Retired Army Officer, Author of the bestselling book “Timeless Real Estate Investing,” the upcoming book “Sucks to Success,” Motivational Leader/Speaker and Founder of Absolute Investment Training Company; where he teaches people to build a strong foundation under their business. He helps them accomplish this by showing his students how to buy real estate without using their Money; Credit; or Lender of any type. More importantly, he teaches his students how to have their properties sold BEFORE they commit to them. Additionally, Joe does his live deals in front of his students so that they can easily go back to their towns and mimic what they have learned.

He is called by his students “America’s Most Credible Real Estate Investing Guru.” But the truth is; Joe is an Expert Real Estate Investor. He began his business career as a young child, in his parent’s real estate and construction businesses. He was involved in his first real estate deal when he was 6 years old. He moved several times by the age of 19, living in many undesirable neighborhoods. Joe joined the United States Army and by the age of 26 he was leading, training, and motivating directly and indirectly more than 1500 people both military and civilians. Joe consistently advised some of the top General Officers such as Patton III (ret), Powell, Schwarzkopf, McCaffrey, and many others. He is personally responsible for saving the US Army tens of millions of dollars and valuable time. Joe participated in 3 separate combat zones, moved a total of 47 times living in 6 countries, and 7 states.

He retired at the age of 39 while simultaneously ramping up his construction, and real estate investing business to full time. Realizing the economic shift was coming he sold his construction company in 2005 (thus retiring again) as he creatively grew his investing business, all the while continuing to teach.

Joe has built some of the most successful real estate investing, creative construction, marketing, idea development, and leadership training programs by using his unsurpassed experience and studying countless others. He has sold over $138,000,000 of real estate (that didn’t cost him more than $10.00 each to acquire). He has built several successful businesses during the worst recession in US history. Currently, is the owner of 4 companies and has 42 streams of income. Remarkably he has done, to date, more than 3384 real estate deals and counting. Joe became a true “self-made” millionaire at 42 and a multimillionaire at 45.

He interacts directly with the audience and enthusiastically delivers over-the-top content coupled with humor motivating and empowering everyone to achieve maximum results quickly.
