The Note Investor Summit (NIS) is the place where real estate investors and real estate note investors gather to discuss new ideas, learn the tools of the trade, and network for better understanding and profitability in their business activities.
Whether you are new to note investing and would like to know more and find a mentor to assist you or you are a seasoned note veteran, NIS is the place you need to be to increase your own profitability.
Our motto is learn, engage and profit.
Learn. Education is a primary goal of the Summit. Here you'll be instructed how to invest in notes, step by step, by people who have been doing this with success. They each have a story to tell and know-how to impart. Many are willing to be mentors and many have additional materials and instruction to impart (not endorsed or guaranteed by NIS or its affiliates). All of this is an opportunity for you, the note investor, to learn your trade with skill and aplomb.
Engage. This word has several nuanced and layered meanings, all of which are utilized and encouraged at NIS. First, we start. We start our journey to a better place, we begin our education and know-how. Second we connect. From networking opportunities to that "ah-ha!" moment of understanding, we connect with the people and materials at NIS. This also concerns engaging the community around you, something that note investors do anyway, but which we would all like to get ideas on how to do better. Engaging is an active verb, it connotes close attention and a deeper connection than merely dabbling in something. This is what we promote ate NIS.
Finally, Profit. All of our attention is to get you to the finish line. Profiting is what you need to do to feed your family, shelter them and also to engage and enhance the community around you effectively.
As Isaac Newton once said, "If I have seen further, it is by standing on the shoulders of giants." Come stand on the shoulders of the note investing giants who present and attend NIS. This will propel you to greater heights of learning, deeper depths of engaging and farther lengths of profiting than ever before.
