No one wants to deal with someone who’s negative all the time! How can you get someone to believe in you or even what to be around you when all you see is the problems, and challenges and issues. You aren’t providing solutions, just complaining about the way it is.
You get what you focus on, you’re going to be hearing that a lot in this book. I really want to drive it home! You are incredible and THAT’s what you want people to see!
Right Here, Right Now it is time to make a change. You must start a positive conversation with yourself, ask yourself,
“What can I do to create a more positive environment?”
“What would make me reach for more?”
“How can I motivate myself to want more out of life?”
“How do I create more leverage so I can make more changes?”
“What can I do to ensure I keep a positive attitude all the time?”
When you start projecting a positive attitude to others your influence will increase dramatically. If you want others to see you, to believe in you, to want to deal with you, you need to have influence or no one is listening.
You want to have influence get your name off your shirt and on the door. To start, stop feeling sorry for yourself because nobody cares; and start focusing on the amazing things in your life and the amazing things you can do! Making excuses that no one wants to hear isn’t a solution. Make changes that will provide the results you are looking for. Create environments that your abilities will strive in! If you want to be a success, you have to believe you will be a success and focus on the ways to accomplish that and Force Your Dreams into Reality.
"When you let the actions dictate the result, you don't know what your outcome will be. When you let the desired result dictate the actions, it’s like having a Laser guided missile… much harder to miss your mark" ~Pete Asmus
Take a moment, right now, and write down one sentence answers to the following questions.
1. Who are you?
2. What is your business about?
3. What do you want out of life?
4. What are you willing to trade for it?
5. When are you going to start?
Now look back at your day. How many times have you said the following words:
“I can’t…”
“I should…”
“I’ll try…”
Let’s get something clear right now. If you aren’t positive about yourself and your vision, your business you will fail. If you are using the words above, you will have MASSIVE challenges. Life is difficult enough, It is time for you to stop focusing on what you don’t want and start focusing your time, energy and effort on what you DO want.
These words only create negative conversations and results. And negative conversations will stop you cold every time. Negative conversations are like a fragment grenade. They blow everything apart while undermining your beliefs; and your beliefs are the core of who you are.
