Omar Albarran and Candice Duran are seasoned property preservation and Real Estate professionals and are the managing partners of White Ridge Development, Inc., a Woman Based Enterprise, specializing in Acquisition, Rehab and Resale. They are also managing partners of Avatar Construction Services, one of today’s leading construction companies in California. Together they have 30 years of combined experience in construction and real estate ranging in all levels of operation in the REO renovation & preservation arena including estimating, project management, labor projections, budgeting, scheduling, vendor management, and reporting. Omar Albarran and Candice Duran have managed projects across multiple geographic territories and states. They have extensive knowledge of all aspects of construction projects including new single-family dwellings and commercial projects ranging from small tenant improvements to construction of new office buildings. Omar Albarran is a licensed California Realtor, General Contractor and experienced mortgage professional. He serves as a partner and Director of Acquisitions for White Ridge Development, Inc. & Avatar Construction Services, Inc. Omar Albarran received his BA from University of California, Berkeley. Candice Duran is a managing partner and serves as the acting Director of Operations of White Ridge Development, Inc. & Avatar Construction, Inc. She is the acting General Manager where she oversees and supervises a staff of field estimators, project managers, and vendors handling construction projects, remodels and rehabs.
