Candice Duran is a seasoned property preservation and Real Estate professional and a managing partner of White Ridge Development, Inc., a Woman Based Enterprise, specializing in Acquisition, Rehab, Wholesale and Resale. She is also a managing partner of Avatar Construction Services, Inc. one of today’s leading construction companies in California. She has experience in construction and real estate ranging in all levels of operation in the REO renovation & preservation arena including estimating, project management, labor projections, budgeting, scheduling, vendor management, and reporting. Candice Duran has managed projects across multiple geographic territories and states. She and her partner have extensive knowledge of all aspects of construction projects including new single-family dwellings and commercial projects ranging from small tenant improvements to construction of new office buildings.
