Joseph Irons was born in Killeen, TX and was raised around the world. While playing football for the Judson Rockets out of Converse, TX he learned the value of setting goals and the discipline of work to achieve those goals. Joseph Served in the US Army Reserve as a combat engineer during the time of Desert Shield and Desert Storm. He also served in the US Navy as a hospital corpsman stationed with the Marine Corps out of Camp Pendleton, CA. During his military service the value of hard work and discipline was greatly rooted into his core being..another lesson was also learned..the ability to be divers and adaptable. Joseph was the youngest residential sales manager in PennCorp Financial Corporation, an insurance agency. Working as a sales executive in Telecommunications he excelled at sales so much so he opened up a 40,000 square foot fitness center. It was in this business adventure Joseph learned “Not to put all your eggs in one basket!” He invested everything into this venture and due to some bad business decision making lost not only a million dollars, but all his assets! Going back to work in Corporate America Joseph worked in the media sales industry teaching businesses how to brand and market themselves and their product. During this time He was successfully running a home based business opportunity and several small start-up companies. When Corporate America decided to downsize and Joseph was laid off it was his other businesses that allowed him to continue to provide for his family and do ministry work. Joseph was Deacon at Harvest Fellowship Community Church, inner-city minister, youth development leader for Heritage Children of Texas, Owner and President of Rock Real Estate Investments, and now National Speaker and soon to be published author through GreenLeaf book group. Joseph has a passion to change lives and create millionaires.
