Donna currently holds a California Real Estate Broker’s license, and is a Full Board Member (OCAR) Orange County Association of Realtors, NAR & C.A.R. She has owned and operated her own Property Management Brokerage for years, where she has had numerous transactions with investors buying, selling, 1031 exchanges, buying distressed properties, fixing them up and selling to make a profit, and managing not only investors properties, but her own investment properties as well. She is well versed on the Orange County Real EstateMarket, knows how to handle problem tenants and with negotiating being one of her strong points, as well as being resourceful, she can most likely get her Clients what they are looking for.Residing in South Orange County with her husband of over 23 years, they have three beautiful daughters ranging in ages from 25-18 years old.
